The company was formed in early 1996 in Braunschweig as a sole proprietor and then converted to Avalanche Marketing GmbH in 1997 with an additional branch office in Bremen.
In 2002, Avalanche Service GmbH was created from the branch office in Bremen.
Currently, Avalanche employs 12 highly-skilled staff in Braunschweig and Bremen back offices and 13 field-marketing employees. In total, 150 freelance field-marketing employees work for Avalanche in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
